  4.     This is yet another title bar clock program.  This clock was
  5.  programmed using SAS/C.  It uses the 12 hour format and it will
  6.  quietly disappear with just one click on it.  This clock can also
  7.  be depth arranged to appear on other stuff your working on.  I
  8.  keep this program in my WBStartup drawer.
